Resource Guide

The Rose City Resource is a print and online publication of Street Roots, and is the most comprehensive, updated list of services for people experiencing homelessness and poverty in Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties.

You can also access the Rose City Resource online in both English and Spanish.

The Rose City Resource exists to empower broader access to services in the Portland metro and tri-county area.  The print booklet and this website are made possible by the cooperation of the City of Portland, the City of Gresham, Mult. County and numerous community partners, donors, and volunteers, 2-1-1, and Street Roots. The following organizations sponsor the Rose City Resource Guide.

  2. I am just so happy that Portland Oregon has so many Community Service Organizations to help people for all types of needs. There has alway’s been an abundance of help here especially in Multnomah County. I myself have had to use these resources recently. Without this help I wouldn’t have been able to make ends meet.

  3. Thank you for the Update, OregonShout.com is always looking for resources for the good of the people”
